Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages held its Five-Year Junior College Information Session and Campus Open House on Sunday, December 14, welcoming junior high school students and their parents to campus. The event provided participants with in-depth insights into the distinctive features of Wenzao's five-year junior college programs, including curriculum design, learning pathways, and future development opportunities. Through comprehensive institutional briefings, faculty presentations, and student experience sharing, the event highlighted Wenzao's educational blueprint centered on language expertise, global vision, and well-structured academic progression.
The morning session began with welcoming remarks from the University President, followed by an overview of admission pathways and recruitment information presented by the Director of Admissions. Various admission options, including the Fully Exam-Free Admission, Priority Exam-Free Admission, and Joint Exam-Free Admission, were introduced to help students and parents clearly understand application timelines and preparation strategies.
Subsequently, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the current and former Deans of the College of New Media and Management, and the Director of International Affairs jointly presented detailed explanations of Wenzao's newly introduced minor program planning for the 2026 academic year, as well as opportunities for overseas exchange programs and dual-degree pathways. These presentations enabled students and parents to gain a clear understanding of the academic roadmap throughout the five-year program and its connections to future educational and career development.
The event also featured experience-sharing sessions by both current students and parents, who discussed topics ranging from third foreign language learning and international engagement to overseas exchange experiences. Through real-life examples, these sessions vividly illustrated students' growth in language proficiency, confidence in communication, and global outlook, allowing participants to gain a more authentic understanding of student life at Wenzao.
In the afternoon, department-level briefings were held. The English Program of the Five-Year Junior College under the College of International Studies, led by the Program Director with support from two Associate Directors, introduced its program features, curricular focus, and future development directions. In addition, current student Amber shared her experience applying for and participating in an exchange program at Cardiff University in the United Kingdom, offering students and parents practical insights into international exchange preparation and learning outcomes.
Through its well-organized presentations and firsthand experience sharing, the event enabled junior high school students and parents to comprehensively explore Wenzao's learning environment, curriculum strengths, and future development opportunities. The College and the Department of English look forward to welcoming you to Wenzao and building a global future together through language learning.
文藻外語大學於 12 月 14 日（星期日）舉辦「五專說明會暨校園開放日」活動，邀請國中學生及家長蒞臨校園，深入了解文藻五專部之課程特色、學習規劃與未來發展路徑。活動內容豐富，透過校級說明、師長介紹及在校生經驗分享，完整呈現文藻五專以「外語專業、國際視野與穩健銜接」為核心的教育藍圖。
上午活動由校長致詞揭開序幕，隨後由招生長說明五專各項入學管道與招生資訊，包括完全免試、優先免試及聯合免試等方式，協助家長與學生清楚掌握升學時程與準備方向。接著由教務長、新媒體暨管理學院現任院長、前任院長及國際長，分別針對本校115學年新的副修規劃，以及海外交換、雙聯學制等加以說明，協助學生與家長清楚掌握五專期間的學習藍圖與未來銜接路徑。
活動中亦安排在校生家長與在校生進行經驗分享，從第三外語學習、國際交流到出國交換歷程，透過真實案例，具體呈現文藻五專學生在語言能力、自信表達與國際視野上的成長成果，讓與會者更貼近實際的學習樣貌。
下午時段則進行各系說明會。國際學院五專英文科在系主任的帶領下，並由兩位副主任協助，分別介紹系所特色、課程重點與未來發展方向，協助學生依自身興趣與性向進行更深入的了解與選擇。活動中亦邀請在校生徐恩培分享前往英國卡地夫大學交換的申請經驗與學習收穫，讓學生與家長更具體了解國際交流的實際歷程與準備方向。
本次活動透過完整且有系統的說明與實際經驗分享，讓國中學生與家長全面認識文藻五專的學習環境、課程特色與未來發展可能性。學院與英文系誠摯期待與大家在文藻相遇，攜手從語言出發，開創國際未來。
