【人物】用聲音打造舞台，以行動累積專業: 校運會司儀的成長故事 Voices that Shape the Stage, Actions that Build Expertise: A Journey of Growth from the Sports Day Emcees

December 6, 2025, marked the school's 43rd annual Sports Day, hosted by Angela from the fifth-year English program and Tina from the French program. With their strong language proficiency and steady stage presence, both students delivered a calm and confident performance that received widespread praise. Following the event, they were specially invited to the College to share their hosting experiences.

Both students began actively seeking hosting opportunities from the Student Affairs Office and relevant teachers as early as their second year. They first gained experience through small-scale events such as weekly assemblies, lectures, and Teachers' Day celebrations. Over time, they were recognized by the Curriculum and Activities Division, the Admissions and the Office of International Affairs, and were subsequently invited to host major occasions including opening ceremonies, Sports Day events, graduation ceremonies, and international signing ceremonies. Their professionalism and poise earned them trust and high regard from various administrative offices.

Among the two, Angela has accumulated rich experience in Taiwanese speech, Mandarin speech, English recitation, and national Minnan situational speech contests, giving her a distinctive advantage in vocal delivery and intonation. Tina, on the other hand, has enjoyed being on stage since childhood and is able to transition naturally between Chinese and English during events. When facing hosting tasks involving different languages, both students proactively consult peers from different departments and practice pronunciation through recordings, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and strong self-discipline.

To them, being an emcee is not merely a task, but an important platform for developing confidence, language ability, and adaptability. Each hosting experience is an opportunity for personal growth. They hope that future juniors will also have the courage to take the first step, actively seek opportunities, start with small-scale events, and gradually build experience as they embark on their own journey on the stage.

114 年 12 月 6 日為本校第四十三屆運動會，由專五英文科 周佑庭 與法文科 郭亭妤 擔任司儀。兩位同學憑藉出色的語言能力與穩健的台風，展現沉穩自信的主持風格，表現深獲師生一致好評，因此特別受邀至學院分享主持經驗。

兩人皆自專二起主動向生輔組及相關教師爭取機會，從週會、講座、教師節表揚等小型活動開始累積主持經驗；其後因表現優異，陸續獲課指組與國合處肯定，受邀主持開學典禮、運動會、畢業典禮與跨國合作簽約儀式等重要場合，展現專業與穩重風範，深受各單位信賴。

其中，周佑庭從台語演講、國語演講、英文朗讀到全國閩南語情境式演說皆具豐富經驗，使她在聲音運用與語調掌握方面擁有獨特亮點；郭亭妤自小熱愛站上舞台，能在各類活動中自然切換中英文表達，主持風格自然流暢。面對不同語系需求時，兩人也會主動向不同系所的同學請益，並透過錄音反覆練習發音，展現高度自律與敬業的主持態度。

對她們而言，司儀不僅是一項任務，更是鍛鍊自信、語言能力與臨場反應的重要舞台；每一次主持都是一次自我成長的機會。她們也期盼未來的學弟妹能勇於踏出第一步，主動爭取機會，從小型活動開始練習，逐步累積經驗，開啟屬於自己的舞台旅程。
