【焦點新聞】Exploring the World 翻譯系和英語教學中心老師的國際交流分享

On November 21, 2023, two educators from our college shared their international experiences during a meeting organized by the OICC. Dr. Huang (黃育文主任) from Department of Translation and Interpreting vividly recounted his academic journey at the University of Hradec Králové in the Czech Republic, highlighting cross-cultural classroom experiences and outlining plans for future collaboration. Following this, Dr. Wei (Jackson Dean Ver Steeg, Jr.) from Center of English Language Teaching passionately described his impressions of The West University of Timișoara in Romania, focusing on the vibrant humanistic atmosphere and the diverse activities involving individuals from around the world.

The sharing not only added depth to our academic perspectives but also expanded the global outlook of the college, offering profound insights for both faculty and students. We eagerly anticipate more of such international exchange activities to further enrich the academic life of our entire college community.

2023年11月21日，本校兩位教師在OICC舉辦的會議中分享了他們的國際經驗。來自翻譯學系的黃育文主任生動地講述了他在捷克赫拉德茨克拉羅維大學的學習經歷，並重點介紹了跨文化的課堂經驗和未來的合作計劃。接著，來自英語教學中心的魏老師（Jackson Dean Ver Steeg, Jr.）熱情地描述了他對羅馬尼亞蒂米薩拉西部大學（The West University of Timișoara）的印象，並重點介紹了該校充滿活力的人文氛圍以及來自世界各地的學生所參與的多樣化活動。
