Faculty Community Achievement presentation of CICEFA
On November 1, 2023, teachers from the International College (CICEFA) participated in the Teacher Community Achievement Presentation. Among the 14 communities that shared their insights, 9 were represented by the International College, reflecting the enthusiastic involvement of the college educators in applying for these communities and their willingness to engage in knowledge sharing and collaboration with both internal and external colleagues.
During the Presentation, the International College's community contributions covered a diverse array of topics, including translation instruction, sustainable teaching methodologies, physical education combined with English instruction, pedagogical discussions for teachers, as well as the integration of technology in teaching and PLS statistical analysis.
Notably, the English Language Teaching Center mentioned the implementation of the MELP (My English Learning Plan), a self-directed learning program from other institutions. This initiative was recognized as a valuable reference for the development of the school’s self-directed learning 2.0 courses.
During the event held by different communities, invited educators, representing a rich tapestry of backgrounds and equipped with diverse skills and teaching techniques, shared their unique insights and expertise.
Our college teachers, enthusiastic and proactive in their quest for professional development, embraced this opportunity to explore the seamless integration of these approaches into their teaching practices.
2023年11月1日,國際學院(CICEFA)的教師參加了教師社群成果發表會。在14個分享心得的社群中,有9個是由國際學院所代表,反映出學院的教育工作者熱心參與這些社群的申請,並願意與校內外同仁進行知識分享與合作。
在簡報會中,國際學院的社群貢獻涵蓋了多樣化的主題,包括翻譯教學、永續教學法、體育結合英語教學、教師的教學法討論,以及科技融入教學和 PLS 統計分析。
值得注意的是,英語教學中心提到了其他院校的自主學習計畫 MELP(My English Learning Plan)的實施。這項措施被認可為學校發展自主學習 2.0 課程的寶貴參考。
在不同社群舉辦的活動中,受邀的教育工作者代表著豐富的背景,具備多樣化的技能和教學技巧,分享他們獨特的見解和專業知識。
我們的大學教師在追求專業發展的過程中充滿了熱情和主動性,他們抓住了這個機會,探索如何將這些方法完美地融入他們的教學實踐中。
