【活動】學院完成階段任務，雙語教育辦公室承接新使命 College Completes Milestone Mission; Office of Bilingual Education Takes on New Role

On September 10, the University Bilingual Promotion Committee convened in Q1211, focusing on the advancement of the “English Proficiency Empowerment” initiative and the overall implementation of bilingual education. This meeting was the first to be hosted by the Office of Bilingual Education and marked an important milestone: it represented the completion of the College of International Culture, Education, and Foreign Affairs’ mission as the “Key Bilingual Development College,” and the official transfer of the university’s bilingual initiative to the Office of Bilingual Education.

This meeting symbolizes the transition of bilingual promotion into a new, university-wide phase. Through the dedicated work of the Office of Bilingual Education, the university aims to continue strengthening teacher training, enhancing student support systems, and promoting cross-college collaboration to further advance Wenzao’s bilingualization and internationalization.

本校雙語推動委員會於9月10日於Q1211召開，聚焦「培力英檢」與「雙語執行」的推動方向。本次會議為雙語教育辦公室首次主辦，亦具里程碑意義：代表國際學院完成「雙語重點培育學院」階段任務，將「雙語計畫」正式移交至雙語教育辦公室。本會議象徵雙語推動進入校級推動的新階段，期望藉由專責辦公室的運作，持續強化教師培力、完善學生支持系統，並推動跨院協作，深化本校雙語化與國際化發展。
