學院師資培育中心周宜佳主任將於3月22日至4月6日率團帶領6位師資生赴美進行教育見習，體驗不同教育體系與文化特色。透過與當地師生的互動，他們將深入了解多元文化環境下的教育模式與挑戰，並拓展國際視野。這次經驗將幫助學生學習文化尊重與包容，並對全球教育的多元樣貌有更深刻的理解。

Director Chou Yi-Chia of the Center for Teacher Education will lead a delegation of six teacher trainees to the United States for an educational practicum from March 22 to April 6. This program will provide participants with the opportunity to experience different educational systems and cultural perspectives.

Through interactions with local teachers and students, the participants will gain deeper insights into education in multicultural environments, explore its challenges, and expand their global outlook. This experience will help students develop cultural awareness, foster inclusivity, and cultivate a deeper understanding of diverse educational practices worldwide.
