     The Song Jiang Battle Array is a religious event originating from Song Dynasty stories in China, where Song Jiang led a group against injustice. In Taiwan, especially the south, it's attracting many believers and tourists annually. Activities include lion and dragon dances, worship ceremonies, and cultural performances aiming for peace. The Song Jiang Battle Array in Kaohsiung is among Taiwan's top 12 folk festivals.

     Kaohsiung City Government hosts the Neimen Song Jiang Battle Array event annually from March to April, featuring traditional martial arts, procession competitions, and Guanyin and Buddha processions. Neimen's tradesmen also host feasts. Many netizens praise it as a grand annual event and emphasize its significance for local culture inheritance, and that it can be combined with the 11th goal of the SDG “sustainable cities and communities”.
