Assistant Professor Hsin Wen Hsu of the Department of International Affairs presents a keynote speech at Indiana University (2015.09.18-2015.09.28)

Assistant Professor Hsin Wen Hsu of the Department of International Affairs is invited to participate in “Sensing Taiwan,” organized by the East Asian Studies Center, Indiana University. “Sensing Taiwan” is a month-long, multi-disciplinary educational and community outreach series of events that join IN students, faculty, and the entire Bloomington community in an exploration of the rich and multi-faceted cultural heritage of Taiwan. Assistant Professor Hsin Wen Hsu is invited to present a keynote talk and participate in the celebration of Taiwan’s Hakka music heritage. He and his colleagues are involved in one key formal performance, as well as discussions and presentations with musicians, students, faculty, and the public across the Bloomington campus and community. Chicago-based Taiwan Economic and Culture Organization staff are also invited to his events, as well as members of Taiwan-related offices and organizations throughout Indiana.
