Prof. Fu-man Hsieh’s expertise is in human resource development (HRD). She is a member of the Central Governmental Human Resource Committee in Taiwan. She has supervised over one hundred enterprises and official agencies to build up effective human resource systems to improve their performance. Prof. Hsieh is passionate in developing human resource projects systematically for enterprises and official agencies from both local and global perspectives. She is convinced that human capital is a critical component seeded in any progressive and innovative organization.
